As a Panarchy cofounder, Mark is a leading practitioner in bringing together network science, transformational leadership, and digital capability.  Mark has been the CMO for a national telecom, led Dell Technologies’ US Consumer business, Senior Vice President of Microsoft’s global partner strategy, and served as the CEO of a Carlyle Group Portfolio company. 

Mark delivered outsized gains in market share through ecosystem shaping and by applying tools, techniques, and technology to orchestrate networks. He has guided a wide range of organizations including The World Economic Forum, HP, AT&T, and Nike on the power of networks, and has written for Fast Company and IndustryWeek. Most recently, Mark helped to launch the UN innovation hub at COP27 and helped to shape the UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) city certification process at the SDG lab in Davos.

 Mark started his career at the Boston Consulting Group, holds an MBA from the Wharton School, teaches tai chi, and is originally from Zimbabwe.

Vince DiBianca is recognized as a pioneer, leading thinker, and senior practitioner in the field of transformation. As an advisor to CEOs, entreprenuers, Prime Ministers, and members of the United Nations and the United States Congress, Vince has led leadership and organization transformation across all sectors and regions of the world.

Early on, Vince had the privilege to work closely with top thinkers like Buckminster Fuller (science and philosophy), John Wooden (athletics), Werner Erhard (personal transformation), and Warren Bennis (leadership) and applied his learnings as a partner at Touche Ross; Chief Change Management partner for Computer Science Corporation and CSC Index; and co-founder of Panarchy and DiBianca Associates.

Vince and his team have led organization transformation projects with a diverse spectrum of Fortune 500 companies including General Motors, Whole Foods, Reebok, and Bank of America, to name a few – as well as initiatives with the UN, World Economic Forum, and Global Leaders Initiative. He has lectured at leading business schools including USC, Harvard, and Wharton and is currently co-authoring a book to be published by Forbes, Leading from the Edge of Tomorrow, with Mark de L. Thompson.

Bob formerly led marketing for Dell’s $9B Public Sector Division before founding Dialog in 2005. Bob is a co-founder and CFO of Panarchy, a co-founder of the Global Leaders Initiative, and the founder and CFO of The Dialog Group.

Colleen is an experienced and versatile corporate director and former CEO. She has led successful transformations, turnarounds, strategic planning, and leadership initiatives that enhanced shareholder value, innovation, and customer satisfaction. And is the recipient of numerous awards and recognition for leadership, vision, and impact, such as the Public Company CEO of the Year, the Innovator of the Year, Gamco Hall of Fame, NACD Director of the Year PNW, and a NACD Top 100 Director.

As an independent corporate director, Colleen currently serves on the board of three diverse and dynamic public companies: TrueBlue, a leading provider of workforce solutions; Big 5, a leading retailer of sporting goods; and Bakkt, a crypto exchange company. She leverages her expertise in finance, technology, governance and corporate development to advise, oversee, and support the strategic direction, performance, and risk management of these organizations.
